Add new Permission Level in SharePoint 2010

      1.       To create new permission level Navigate to Site settings a Site Permissions and click Permission Levels from the ribbon.

      2.       Then click the Add Permission Level link.

      3.       Specify the Name and Description for the New Permission level and select the appropriate permissions from the list which suits the requirement.

4.       Once after selection of required permissions from the list, then click on Create. 

5.       Now, new groups can be created with this permission level.
